The John Dory Oyster Bar

Design firm Roman and Williams' take on the old school oyster bar is operated by Ken Friedman and Executive Chef April Bloomfield and features arched ceilings, two giant fish bowls, tiled walls and a twelve-seat chef's dining table in the kitchen. The John Dory Oyster Bar serves such delicacies as live Maine sea urchin, Nantucket scallops, and east and west coast oysters.
